This service facilitates the management of groundwater bodies by means of numerical models using linked Open Data and public feedback. These numerical models allow assessing the current status of groundwater bodies, their evolution under natural conditions and their sensitivity to human actions.

Groundwater models can benefit from linked Open Data standards for communicating model results and for interoperability with other environmental services and mobile sensing applications. The incorporation of the public sensing data into the model engages the public in the active management of the aquifer’s resources.
